  • Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?

    A: Right now, we only deliver to addresses across the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. Unfortunately, we don’t provide international shipping to any other regions at this moment.

    Q: How do I choose the right size?

    A: Grab a soft tape measure and use our Size Guide to take your bust/chest, waist, and hip measurements. If you’re in between sizes, go up a size for a comfy, relaxed fit or down a size for a more fitted, tailored look.

    Q: How can I track my order?

    A: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International—you can also continue tracking through Canada Post once it reaches Canada.

    Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?

    A: For U.S. orders, if your package is lost or taking longer than expected, get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For Canadian orders, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for customs clearance first, then reach out within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, and we’ll help sort things out.

    Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

    A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank might take an additional 3–5 business days to credit the funds to your account.
